No, the ballasts/bulbs are gone. However if you need help finding some, I'm willing to help the buyer out. There PLENTY of options...some as little as $40.00 or so!

I highly doubt that would work, bastok. But I have been out of the honda scene for some time. I'd assume you'd need 99/00 hood/front fenders, etc to make that work since these headlights...

I'll take $450 shipped/paypal'd for the headlights, ballasts. No bulbs would be included since I broke one/dropped it! :(
