I would go with 83mm bore.
10:1 compression. &lt;- really depends on how good your tuner is. 9:1 is safer and more margin for error. Can you go with something inbetween (9.3:1-9.5:1)?

depends on the turbo as each kit may come with a different turbo. The 18G most people say around 18psi is the maxium efficency.

yep, you have to bend the dipstick or the actually turbe the dipstick goes in. It should work. Do not put to much pressure on the tube, as it could break off

the jb weld is probably the easiest and cheapest method. Not really hard. Just get a package from Home Depot and mix it together. clean the spot and apply. not hard at all.
