So i ended up putting on my stock cat and putting my VAFC numbers to 6 in 6 out, everything worked out fine...

So what the hell do I need to do to set the VAFC back to stock? Someone eariler set change the the etc. part to 6 in and 6 out, well when i turn my car off and on my CEL comes on and the settings are...

You mean just unplug the VAFC?

I tried and it messes up the car, it idles bad and wont vtec. I think to remove it you would need to rewire the ECU.

I have a 00 Type-R with the following mods:

AEM CAI
JDM 4-1 header
Carsound cat (modified to 2.5" to fit header)
Kakimoto R Exhaust
VAFC running rich

I need to get this car smogged within...
