The tweeters are attached to the grille and it just pops out.Use a small flathead screwdriver and gently pry up and it should come up and back towards the rear to slide out.

You have lots of options.You can get a new set of springs to achieve the drop you are looking for.Do not cut or heat your factory springs.

Coilovers are a nice but more expensive option and will...

I appreciate all the offers I'm pretty stuck on an S2000 or ITR mainly for value reasons.Swapped cars are great but still only carry the value of the original car.Trust me I've learned the hard way...
