Hey Skinsies- The fronts are the same part number between the 3G Integra and 98 Civic. As I understand it, the rears are basically the same except you will need to install the 3G Integra lower shock...

Yes, they should bolt right in. It has adjustable toe links and adjustable camber links and stainless steel brake lines on it with some sort of poly RTA bushing installed.
