After emailing dippedparts for about a month i decided to send them my valve cover to get it gold plated. here are the emails between us explaing what happen. As of today March 5 the claim on paypal is under review and i dont have my valve cover. Got a hold of mikey this week he said he call me back he never did and he wont anwser my phone calls and keeps telling me his uncle well ship the valve cover.

Emailed them a few times after this with no response so i decide to call them i finally got an anwser and they told me it was done. This was around January 18 and that they where going to send me pictures of it done never got any pictures. Finally got a response after sending this email on January 31.

Its just that I have been told so many different things and none of them have happen for whatever reasons. Last time I talk to him which was a about a week and a half ago he said it was done and ready to ship. I understand that he is busy and you guys are busy but I'm sure you guys ship out at lot of things I don't understand why its taking so long to ship it out. If you would have sent me the valve cover before I paid for it and I told you I would pay you a certain day and I haven't you would be the same way I am now. I'm sorry if I am being rude but I don't want to be out my 450 plus the value of my valve cover.

You have 45 days to open a dispute on paypal and my time was running out so i opened one cause after the 45 days you cant do nothing about it. This is the email they sent me after i opened the dispute they said something different on paypal

If that's how you want to resolve this that's up to you I open the dispute cause there's a time limit you have to open and my time was running out. I'm just looking out for me just like you are looking out for yourself. If you want to try to work something out that's fine with me

So I waited for them to refund my money and return my valve cover and after numerous calls and emails with no response or a tracking number for the valve cover. I escalated the dispute to a claim to get at least my money back on February 18.

No new updates. Yeah it sucks i sent it to them during winter to be reeady for spring time. had to go out and buy another valve cover and i wont get that back until mid april.

Just by him sayin that they are gonna strip down the valve cover of the gold makes it clear that they never did it in the first place . Did they provide pics of your valve cover?

No they never sent me pictures i waited like two weeks for the pictures and never got anything. I even checked there web site and they never posted any pictures of it. Yeah i think they never did it either but thet still dont want to send it back to me.

Yeah thats why i sent it to them they seemed trust worthy and well known on here. Everything seemed good until they got my money and then the bullshit started. They gave me so many excuses why they hadnt shipped it out when it was supposedly done.
