I've got a Honda part # 77231-SE3-A000 radio delete blockoff plate in outstanding used condition. Long ago discontinued / no longer available (the current 77230-SM4-G00 replacement part doesn't have the distinctive HONDA lettering on it); very hard to find one of these now. This one has been preserved very well (it was in a car that's been stored indoors/in the dark for the last 25 years).

$130 shipped (including insurance) to addresses within the 48 US states and FPO/APO via USPS Priority Mail, very well packaged to protect it transit.
