What kind of a douche bag sells any kind of motor in that condition. Sucks and good luck. You should get back $1200 for having to go back and forth with this schmuck and repeatedly having to tell him to call you!

Holy cow. I've gotten scammed before and it sucks. Do the right thing and refund him his money and pay for shipping. I've been around long enough to know the feeling. I'm pissed for the guy. Good to remember this name before i purchase any s2000 stuff from him on the s2ki site.

MidwestAutoWorks = FAIL. Why would you ship a motor in that condition? Are you blind? Its not hard to see there is some serious water damage when water is leaking from every opening and everything is rusted and covered in mud......Stop trying to defend yourself.

Bump for Jordan. That motor is obviously junk. Inside and out. He says he has a guarantee from the auction, why wouldn't he go to them about it. Oh yeah, that was a lie. This isn't even a situation where he could blame it on anyone. Its obviously flooded, and that didn't happen after you shipped it.

I saw his thread before he deleted it, he clearly says motor is good and that it was dirty because it sat outside in the rain for a couple days supposedly... anyway he clearly states that motor was in good condition pulled out of a totaled car so he's a SCAMMER i figure something was wrong for that price, anyway if you lied about the motor you gotta give him a full refund because is your fault not his, and if 93egallmotor needs proof for paypal he could show this it should be enough proof to get all your money back and throw that pos k20 to the trash is not even worth re-building it.

Midwest.......Seriously are you that ghetto that you are A too cheap to give the man 1000 refund and make off with 500 which is still too much profit IMO.

and B You you run a business and you actually think he should loose money paying shipping to send back a motor that you misleadingly sold?
I mean its your call but pretty much all of honda-tech see's it one way...
Who has taken your side? not one. Just refund him a 1000 and be a good business man.

LOL. CoPart DID NOT have a Run & Drive or Engine Start Program logo on that car. There is NO WAY IN HELL that CoPart put that there. If they did, that means that YOU would have been able to start it, too. You saying that makes you look like you are trying to cover your ***. Pretty lame. Let's see a copy of your CoPart printout that shows this. Make sure the VIN is visible but you can copy the $350 price you paid for the car if you want. Unless you produce this, you have been exposed as knowingly defrauding this man. YOU should pay everything. YOU are the one that sent a POS swap; not the buyer. YOU should pay all shipping (both ways), full refund, and pay the guy for his time and gas. I think that his $1000 request is too cheap since he is stuck with a pile of trash.

Also, you said you saw it start and run then you also say that CoPart said it. Make up your mind. Which is it?????

TTT. Thieves SUCK. Whether it's stealing a car or scamming people...
