Dude that thread deff didnt say anything about the motor being flooded before you bought it from him. Whats messed up is that the guy is only trying to give you 500 back.
I think a 1000 is deff reasonable. Your still gonna loose out even if he gives you a 1000
Im wanting to see how this works out this guy also parts s2000s and if hes that sketchy im gonna make sure the s2ki forum knows about it also.

As stated by another member here to back up that the seller deff misrepresented the swap that was sold. Good luck to you.
Hopefully he is a man about the whole thing.

Did a search and found this thread. Does say car has flood damage but says motor and trans are still good. I was going to use the k20 and sell the shell but plans have since changed. Yeah that's because you realized it was FUBAR'd and worthless. Man up you PU$$Y and admit that you knowingly sold someone a junk motor. I hate trash like you.
You should send the buyer a full refund and also pay shipping back to yourself. He had to drive 70 miles up and back to get this motor. Now he will have to do it again. So 280 miles and 3.5 hrs of his time wasted.
Worthless excuse of a human.

I call it fraud very misrepresentation on the sale.. He should have a vendor status for the auctions he goes to and then makes his money all on here.. Its BS.. and hes a dick I know that for sure very cocky.. So to me this is no surprise at all.. Thats all I can say.. Good luck call a lawyer see what they say its worth the call.. small claims court this can go..keep all the info you have the websites all of it.. good luck

I will not do that.

My threads for the motors clearly state the car was in a flood

SO YOU ADMIT ITS FLOODED NOW.....

THEN YOU SAY

"If it's too good to be true, it probably is."

Good luck with your situation. That guy is always trying to pawn his auction buys on HT. This used to be a site for enthusiasts, not salesmen.

hahaha someone find the thread where he had posted "The motor got rained on lololol"

I looked at that thing and knew something was wrong, the price, condition and the fact that he would not give me a vin or anything.

Someone asked why the motor was so dirty he said he had it outside and it got rained on.

lmao there were rust marks running all up and down the motor.

I would suggest midwest to send this man his 1k dollars he is asking for because that is very reasonble.
