PLEASE READ THIS.. I HAVE ALL THE PM'S WE HAVE HAD... Long story short.... i traded for this camera a b18a1 bare block i have posted plus $120 cash for him to ship this thing fast... the guy was cool at first communication was good... he assurred me that the camera was in LIKE NEW conditon... i got it in the mail and it doesnt zoom past 1/4 the way and the fish eye lense was super glued on??? WTF ok i was cool i told him to ship my **** back when he gets it and i will do the same.... no calls whatsoever..... i call the guy Zack (614) 580-1702 which this # was good one week before... lol this guy calls me back and explains why he aint "zack" for 5 min and he just got the phone... i asked him who he has..?? VERIZION i explained to him that he know this guy and i want my ****.. also veriozon wount give out a used # for 6 months! This guy Zack told me he was sending the money but the story always changes i guess... i have the pm history... I told him i wouldnt post this up... i would give him time which i did a good couple weeks and i gt nothing.. its only $120 and an ls block but still messed up i wouldnt suggest doing business with this guy at all. and if hes selling an ls block thats stolen!


(10:22 PM 7/4/2005) 91sicrxer: hey man it's zack from ohio. lifes been kinda hard lately, i'm not sure where i'm staying and **** and soon after i moved out my parents took my phone and cancelled it so i don't have one and someone else got the number...my friend was just telling me about how he tried calling me and talked to someone and they said someone left a urgent message on the answering machine about a camera from honda-tech. i don't know how to contact you know b/c i don't have a phone and i don't have your number so i'm sending you this pm to see what's going on and to let you know what's up. i got the package you sent me (block and cash) and i deposited that money in my account and i was going to send you a check but someone got my account information and took all my money through paypal somehow. paypal and my bank are investigating everything and they said that hopefully they will figure out everything as soon as possible. so right now i have no money, no phone, no car (gas), no cigs, no nothing. if you could just keep the camera and use it for the trip b/c i know recording it is important to you i'd appreciate it. and after i get all that money back, i can give you the check and block for the camera like it never happend. get back with me ASAP b/c from what i'm told you sound really pissed about this.

Yeah, I’m on ohiohondas and on the slowmotion forum under the same name almost (either 91sicrxer or 91crxersi).

I didn’t want to send the block back b/c shipping costs and I had a local buyer which he said it was ok I sold it to him and he wanted 220 (120 for the original cash sent and 100 for the block) which was fine and that was all worked out.

I have the money to send to him, but I wanted to do paypal and I was waiting for him to see if it would work out, but he said money order. And I wanted to make sure it was ok if I still sent it to that address.

About the camera, on the phone which was not stated on here, we talked about how it “couldn’t zoom in” after he got it. I explained to him you can, you just have to use the focus to make it work.

The “super glue” is goop which was used after the lens was hit and it broke the lens adapter. Which was also explained on the phone with him before he got it, right before I sent it.

The reason why he wanted to trade back was because he told me his wife didn’t want it b/c it couldn’t zoom in. after I explained how to make it work.

But I also want to make it clear I’m no scammer, I’ve kept in contact with Shelton, and he’s been cool about everything. He’s been real patient, and things are going to be settled...

I contacted 91sicrxer to purchase a CRX front sway bar from a parts car. He replied that he might have a buyer and wanted to wait. Week or two later he posted it again for parts.

We worked out a price and I sent payment for CRX front sway bar, seems as if he ended up selling the entire car. My money was promptly returned. He kept good communication with me throught deal.

some of this is total crap... u didnt explain **** to me... if i knew this things was a pile i wouldve went the the outlet malls for a new one.. u never told me anything was wrong until after i got it... just send the freakin money and BTW u told me u were gonna send it and i told u the addy posted is my dads house so i will get the **** either way

I explained the zoom issue when you got it and you asked me questions on how to make it work, and I told you how (over the phone). Now either you’re too “ignorant” to listen to me or you just didn’t do it right. Either way that’s you’re fault b/c you can get it to zoom, you just have to use the focus.

Also I told you about the lens cap when we first starting talking in our pms. I told you that I was filming my friend and his board hit the lens and it broke the adapter. So I used goop and got it fixed. You never posted that part of our pms. I told you about that in one of the first ones sent (pms). If you can find somewhere that I said it was in perfect condition like it was brand new, things would be different. But I know I never told you it was in perfect condition.

I did you a favor by taking that block…it’s not worth more than $50 dollars. and that camera is worth way more than $120 and a bare block…that block is nothing but a 40lb paper weight…I’m sorry but that’s the truth.

Also, I’m not going to make my situation even more difficult by giving into you. We made a trade, and if you look at it, you ended up on top. You got a camera worth at least $150 and a lens worth at least $150. and I got $120 and a $50 paper weight… The reason why I’m not going to give into you is b/c you told my friend that you weren’t sure if you’d send the camera back even if I sent you the money. I’m not here to play games with people, if you sell something, you sell it…you don’t get it back b/c you changed your mind. If you trade something, you trade it…you don’t get it back b/c you changed your mind.

You can’t go trade in a car for a new one and then the next day go and say you just want to trade back b/c it’s not what you wanted…I’m sorry…you can’t. So say what you want to say about me being a “scammer” b/c it isn’t true and there are people on this forum and others that know I’m not.

my computer has crashed multiple times since we first started talking and i had/have aim+ and it saves every conversation i have with people...too bad my computer crashed or would be feeling like more of an *** b/c i sent you the picture of MY camera and one off a site. in the picture, the camera was sitting straight up.

either way, it doesn't matter. sell the camera and get your money back.
