So Guys what are our options it seems like he is not going to take responsibility for his shitty behaviour. Bascially i have a steering wheel that he sent me that is not to my standards nor is it what he described in his fs post. I paid through paypal with my debit/check card. I offered to send back the wheel to him as well as pay for the shipping on my end in turn i wanted back 230 of my 250 dollars. so basically hes the one winning in this situation. Me not so much. I just want my money back!

Wow, seriously? I see that Agent_EM1 guy post/sell on here all the time and never heard about bad transactions with him - All this time, I thought he was legit ... Sucks to hear that **** like this still happens to this day, scammers/thieves need to get a f'n life. Best of luck on getting the Hub and in working/described condition.

BTW, Fibercation you know that in your case you can file a PayPal Complaint (if you paid via PayPal) and get your Money Back in Full, right? The reason being that he claims he shipped it via USPS Media Mail and because of this he pretty much screwed himself. For starters, a Hub is not "Media" so that's just wrong (make sure to state that), second he has no "Tracking Proof" because you dont get any Tracking Number when you ship via USPS Media Mail. Now, once PayPal asks him for "Proof of Delivery" he wont have anything to give them and even if he does pull a Tracking Number off of somewhere unless it states "Delivered" (and to your Address) then it wont do him any good. PayPal will refund you the Money in Full because of his negligence. I know how PayPal works and all the tips, tricks, etc so I say this is your best choice at getting your Money Back. If anything, you can always resend him the money if the Hub arrives in Satisfactory condition later on, which from the looks of it I doubt it.


In your case, your best bet would also be to File a PayPal Complain for "Item Not as Described" ... Explain the situation, state that he said it was 8/10 and then show PayPal pictures of the actual item (damage, wear, etc) by Uploading it to the PayPal Site (you might need to email them to get the Upload Form to show up if it doesnt by default or they will give you an email where you can send the pics to). In the Complaint state that you also offered to ship back the item at your expense and receive back only a partial refund of $230.00 but that he still does not respond to your emails and doesnt want to take responsibility for his wrongful doing. Your case can go either way, but if you provide proof (pics), stay professional (type properly, no cursing, etc), provide PayPal with anything they ask you - then you might have a chance at winning the case and getting the $230.00 Refunded and you ship back the Steering Wheel. Damn man, that sucks to hear.

IMHO, this guy (Agent_EM1) is a real retard. Personally, if I was getting called out for all of this crap then I would work something out from the get-go and just Refund the Money after I get the items back. I mean, is a couple bucks really worth your Reputation on the site and not being able to sell anything anymore because you're now a "scammer" plus possible be Banned? Not only that, but shipping things that arent Media via Media Mail is just retarded - why would you do that, to save like $1-2? Dude, just ship via USPS Priority Mail for $4.80 and you'll be covered if anything was to go down (you get a Tracking Number, Delivery Confirmation, 2-3 Business Days Delivery, etc).

Well, I really hope this all works out man, good luck and make sure to keep us posted on how this goes down.

Oh and to jummpmann make sure that in your Dispute you link this Thread and the original For Sale thread. Save a back-up picture of the Actual Item he posted on there as well, in case he tries to take it down. Make sure to provide it as comparison to the actual item received. Oh and you have to "Escalate" the PayPal Dispute in order for PayPal to step in and make the decision, so make sure to do that after you have gathered all the proof, info, links, pics, etc that you can.

Fibercation, I take it you didn't pay for priority mail...

Now I am not sure if you guys agreed on a shipping method or a shipping time frame before you sent payment but if you didn't then you might just wanna relax.

It seems the package was shipped around 2/25ish according to the seller. Realize it can take up to 2-3 weeks for parcel mail to arrive so you still have 1-2 weeks wait before you need to start worrying.

Now maybe he was slow getting it out, but then again you sent him a MO VIA parcel as well I take it... So that could have taken up two 2-3 weeks to get there as well so you don't even know how long after he got your payment, that the items were shipped.

He said it was shipped, give it a chance to arrive. You don't get a tracking number because it was shipped USPS. Just wait the necessary time to see if it arrives and if it does not then you can contact me and we can see what can be done from there.

In the mean time, I see no reason to bump this post. If it gets out of hand then I will lock it.

I have sent Agent_Em1 numerous PM's and i have seen his activity in other threads daily. So there is not an excuse to ignore me. I will continue to bump these threads to help ensure no one else gets screwed over by him.


Also want to thank everyone for there help. I will be filling out a complaint form with paypal ill let everyone know how it goes.

Well i am pateint he never said he'd LIE to the united states post office and say its media mail...are you just writing off that sort of behavior like its ok?

second ive waited a LONG time...if i go back and check the dates i will probly become more pissed, ive bought 2-3 things from members on here AFTER he said he got my $$ and have received them LAST WEEK.

third this is also coming after i sent 2 Pms one day after another warning him that if he does't contact me i will be making this thread.....got nothing....HENCE the thread.

Forth Lets assume....i get my hub and its ok thats one thing but at the very least he has POOr comunication and is dishonest somewhat for teh medai mail.

All that should be public knowlege because if the other guys...steering wheel guy and rhdrichie made a thread like this one i would have never bought from him...... or if the itrader was still going.

the volume of posts from unhappy people with him is reason enough to have him not sell things on here.

I told you, it will be there by this weekend. If not, then i'll accept being a "scammer" or whatever it is. My money says it will be there tomorrow (March 5th). But whatever. i wouldt of made a thread if you would have responded through pms...i wait a few days even after that and still got nothing.

Parcel Post is the cheapest service you use...not lieing and using media mail...as far as me im only saying what happend and facts if you dont like that then make changes in your life to correct it....as for others they say what they want....i hope i do get my part but dont count on a vouch or any more business from me!

Media mail was a dumb idea. If they return the package to sender you're going to just have to ship it out again. I hope this gets resolved soon.
