Finally had some time today after a hectic week; between finishing up my exams, driving around my mum from the hospital and back, and managing work, I had a day off today!!

So filing the paypal claim as of right now and then in the next few days will contact the FBI.

Scammer contacted me via pm and said he will refund me half the money...I don't know whether I should laugh at that or not. What makes him think that screwing someone else can be turned back by giving them half of what they were screwed out of?

Will update RE the paypal claim situation as soon as I hear back from them...

Regardless of the massive headache this guy has caused me, I can say I still had a good experience. How? Because of all you guys...I'm insanely thankful and humbled by all the help and advice.

I say make a copy of what he sent in pm. that info alone kinda proves your case even more to any authorities that may be contacted.

(Reading between the lines it is starting to become clear he has admitted that his scam has failed terribly)

***After telling me that he is taking my word for it, he is asking for his seat back and will give me $290 if I agree

Your scam has fallen apart completely. Just admit it, save yourself the legal hassle, and refund the $350.

Im my place here we have one guy that looks at our local website and searches in the "want to buy" section, then he calls them from a blocked number and tell them to wait for him somewhere. After that happens he tells them to give him some amount of money and that hell be back with the item little do they know he doesnt come back. See this guy hes not hiding hell show his face and all. In the forum they have his picture and everything all his info his younger/older siblings haha whole whole works. He got decked once or twice but still continues to scam other people. His most recent one was a 50+ year old man looking for a water heater. hahhaha

Local law enforcement has been informed and paypal dispute filed as well....this dirtbag will get caught for sure.

Has already admitted to his scam through his own words by telling me that he agrees with my story and would like to refund me half the money ($175)...LMAO. Half the money??? How does one respond to this stupidity?

I never admitted to anything. Especially because there is nothing to admit to. I shipped your seat out.....if you didn't receive it, well thats not my problem. I offered to refund half of the money because there is a possibility that you never did receive the seat and I felt that this was the most fair option to all parties involved. But instead you just continue to call me a scammer and refuse to compromise. I did try to reach a fair solution but you are being unreasonable. End of story.

Well good luck with the consequences buddy.. post the receipt of the shipping then that would be simple to do.. your not fulfilling your end thats the problem here.. so he has every right of what hes doing.. why would he want half the money??? he didnt get anything if i didnt get anything i would want the product i paid for or my money back... Everyone can check page #1 and see for themselves that his tracking number is bogus. Here is the USPS track & confirm website: http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm

Once the number is entered (posted on 1st page of this thread) you can see for yourselves that it's giving the SAME message since February.

I'm going to wait two more days for paypal and local authorities to respond...after that all his information is going into GDD and 4chan...people will find him and he will be dealt with.
