"TABIAS" . . .... wheres my $$ ???

anybody seen or talked to this guy ? i sent him $50 for a crx Si lip on 4/25/05 , it is now 7/12/05 and i have no front lip or refund .

is it ok to just collect money and not send out peoples **** or what ?
