Same place as the weight reduction in the tuning areas.
I'm 39.2% done, had enough money to buy three of the four black cars on day 694. I need to get off my *** and finish the Pro races, but that's going to take a decent chunk of time. Maybe later this week when Mrs. Splat goes out of town
The Mercedes CLK DTM Touring car remains my favorite in the game.

And to keep the frame from distorting again, you do the chassis reinforcement right next to the refresh plan (always do the refresh first).

I don't know if you like "Group C" cars (C-9, 787B, 88-CV, R92CP), but once you hit 50% you get the "Silk Cut" Jaguar XJR-9 that won Le Mans in 88 (less the Silk Cut tabacco decals). That car kicks so much *** on Le Sarthe it's rediculous. Not a good car for Nurburgring though...

Yeah, thats the one you do after the refresh plan. If you place your curssor arrow on the icons, you'll see some scrolling info at the bottom that tells you all about it. To pause the scrolling info so you can read it (if you read slow like me), you press down on the left analog stick (R3)...
If you b-spec a lot in your Group C cars, it only takes a thousand miles or so to make the car feel funky at high speeds. This is how you fix/prevent that problem...

the track i noticed that it helps a lot on was the 'Ring. Plenty many bumps and esses on that track to test the twist in your cars.

Re: (all stock)
If mission 23 is the skyline slipstream battle, then there is an easy trick to beating it. You first must draft & pass all the cars heading into the first turn. Then imediatly head back up the bank & follow the upper most yellow line (in the turn). This will allow the other cars to draft you without getting confused. Stay right on that yellow line the whole way down the straight while keeping an eye on your rearview mirror. about 1/3 down the straight, one or two of the computer cars should rocket up on your ***. gently move to the right & allow the first one to pass. Immediatly get behind that car & you should recieve a nudge from another car behind you (nudge isn't required to win). Continue to draft the lead until you pass him heading into the next turn. Repeate this process for each straight & you should pass the yellow car in the middle of the final turn...
