Default Using race alignment /suspension settings on DailyDriver?

I am debating the idea of running race spec alignment/suspension settings on my 1992 integra gsr for solo2 and also using it as my daily. What I was told by a very experienced solo-2 ST driver who ran an integra like mine was running a high spring rate in front and the same or more in the rear (for the back to rotate) good amount of -camber front and rear (-3F & -3R) was what worked for him and some other guys who ran the dominant 89 civic si's. I am wanting to auto-x and be somewhat competitive regionally. Although I know i probably won't get within a second of what most of my regions st drivers get (sfr scca region has high caliber drivers with well thought out setups) I want to have the right suspension/alignment settings to be as fast as i can in my class with my car. Since my integra is also my daily driver would it be crazy to run this setup daily?:

550lbs Front springs
550lbs + Rear springs
-3 degrees Front/Rear camber

How low would my integra be to get -3* camber F/R and does anyone else run that high spring rates on their honda that is a daily driver? Those are the 4 settings that i have questions about running on my car. Being that low to get -3* camber are my main concerns because i don't want to go through oil pans and what not. Need input. Is any one else using their autox car as a daily and being competative, using lots of negative camber by being very low. Is this doable? Thanks

You're looking at around a 3" drop to develop -3° on the front wheels, you'll run into more problems running that low than the camber will make up for. You are best off getting some camber arms and running a sensible ride height.

Those spring rates are not too ridiculous for road use, depends on your tolerance level I guess.

I agree you would have to drop your car ridiculously low to get -3. I dropped my 93 Si 2.2" or so and only have -2.5 negative front. If you want to be competitive and daily drive it would be more prudent to purchase a 2nd car. It has 350/350 springs and running 1/8th toe out front and rear.
My 91 Si was dropped about 2.5" and had -2.8 front and I could (with a pillow as a cushion on my racing seat) drive about 2 hours to events. Comfortable? eh unless you like visiting a chiropractor every week The spring rates were 400f 450r on a car that weighs around 2050lbs.

I run more than 3 degrees up front, and around 1.5 degrees in the rear, and my tires are wearing quite nicely. Granted, I had a really good alignment guy do it for me, and he set my toe appropriately to not go through tires. I also daily this car as long as there is no snow or heavy rain, running springrates of around 560 front, 780 rear. It is quite bumpy, but manageable for me. And I am not really that low, you can see the pics below that I have decent clearance, and I'm not scraping anything. Sometimes my turbo downpipe barely kisses the ground backing out of my driveway, but that's it.

Pics for reference to show it's possible (race-only wheels/tires pictured)

I daily drive an s2000 with 650/700lbs. I use spc camber adjusters and run about 2.5degrees. Don't make my mistake- I put direzzas on to daily drive and trashed the inside tire wall by rubbing. My wheel offsets were not the same
