Default undecided on gc spring rate and length please help

i have a 93 civic autox and road race vehicle, it is going to be used more for autocross and a few track events,

i got some ots konis, now i wanna get some gc ers. should i get them straight from gc? right now i don't know what rate to get. i was thinking 450 fronts and 550 rears, or 500 fronts and 600 rears, or 500 fronts and 550 rears,

also i don;t know what length to get, 8 inch fronts or 7? and rears i think 7 but not sure

I'm in a similar boat, I got the 450/600. I plan on tracking the car more than autocross, but also driving it to and from events.
OTS konis can't really handle more that 600 lb/in
I opted to go with eqaul length springs all around in case I decided to move the 600's to the front and get some thing else for the rears. My first auto-x using this setup will occur this saturday. I will post my results then

I must stay that car handles awesome with the 450fr /600r rates.
The car turns in very well, and is a little on the loose side.

I started off with the shocks set at full stiff in the rear and full soft in the front, and I eneded up stiffening up the front and softening up the rear.

As for the auto-x, 4 years of rust on my driving skills really showed.
I have a lot of work to get me back to where I was.

I did officially decide that my teenage step-son will now officially be banned from driving this car, until he decides to do some auto-x or advanced defensive driver training. It's way too loose for the street.

I had a question on my 93cx as well. I am looking to DD as well as autox.
I'm planning on going with the GC/Koni Yellow combo.

However, since I have a TSX k24a2 swap (weighs 100lb more than the stock d15) I was wondering if I need to adjust the spring rates at all. I was planning on going 500f/550r.

I will have 19mm ST front sway and 22mm Type-R rear. What rate would you guys suggest for a setup that will have a slight oversteer?
