Default Spring free length for koni sleeves

I have a set of koni sleeves that i want to put on, but i notice they are quite a bit shorter than the GC sleeves. The koni sleeves are about 4" long, which is pretty much same as the GC front. For the rear the koni sleeve is significantly shorter than the GC. I am just wondering if there are anyone here running koni sleeves, and what rate & length spring do you run. For people running GC sleeves and 7" spring, how far up is your collar(measured from the circlip). Anyone know what length spring i should be running so that the lower perch is set approx 2" up from the circlip? thanks

setup:
96-00 civic
450lb front
400lb rear

I think this is where you use the power of "math" to solve your problem.
You need to know your LCA motion ratio and the weight of the rear of your car
spring compression = corner weight/motion ratio / 400
spring compressed length = free length - compression
then measure downwards from the top hat
Choose the free length based on how much you want the car to be lowered
