Walt (DGM) makes them for the front and rear lower arms actually but we are using the rubber trailing arm bushing (think its the Mugen), the upper rear arms are an offset delrin bushing and we run the factory front upper a-arms (nothing you'd probably do there anyway ??) and he makes the spherical radius rod mounts - might want to give him a shout (walt@deltagroupmotorsports.com).

i have sperical bearings in my rear lower control arms. i've had them there for about 6 months of street driving/road course/drag racing. they seem just fine, i didnt even notice them. they were installed in a set of ITR LCA's i bought, they were brand new at the time.

Re: Spherical Trailing Arm Bearing Cup (El Pollo Diablo)
Hey devil chicken, yeah, the Evo 8 has completely sealed spherical bearings from the factory in the rear control arms. Pretty trick. In fact, they look like regular bushings, til you grab and start twisting the control arm. STI's don't get this from the factory, at least not the North American ones. It's a part available through Subaru's STI department though.
Evo 8 = fantastic car, til you know, a stock brake line decides to seperate ON TRACK and you go into a tire wall.

Re: Spherical Trailing Arm Bearing Cup (OnePointSicks)
open bearing + dirt + teflon lined race = short lived bearings on a street car.
hence the Evo's dust boots for their spherical bearings.

Isn't that the Spoon kit? I guess not
http://www.technicasport.co.jp/eng/kit.htm
180,000 Japanese Yen = 1,741.32 US Dollar
and doesn't (Derlin ?) make something similar?
