Sparco Seat Mount question?
I just lucked out on a new Sparco seat yesterday and threw it in last night. Previously I had a VIS Silver CF fixed back seat with the sparco side mount brackets.
On the side mount brackets, I noticed you have a number of positions with which to mount the seat to the sliders allowing you to choose how far forward the seat sits on the rails.
However with their bottom mount seats, they bolt right to the rails and you lose that adjustment.
Well i'm 5'4" and my wife is 5' and in changing the seat I lost a couple of inches of forward adjustability. What's the best way to gain it back?
Should I drill a set of additional mounting holes in either the top or bottom slider rail - or should i have the base redrilled with mounting holes further forward?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Sparco Seat Mount question? (tehBenz0r)
I dont thing there's physically enough room to convert it to a side mount, since the racing bucket is a bit narrower.
I'm just wondering if anyone ran into this and how they solved the problem. This is in an EF CRX.

Re: Sparco Seat Mount question? (RSZero1)
One of the best things I've done with my CRX was to take the whole thing to a fabricator and have them do custom mounts, with sliders and side mounts. It wasn't cheap, but after having gone through four seats and three different mountings, I'd had enough.
... seat cushions also help.
