Re: skunk2 spring rates (goofball123321)
Glad you asked-our CRX set is 400F/500R. We "custom" ordered these and the box says Integra on it and not CRX. They actually work well for me.

They used to make a Civic specific (300/400) and an Integra specific (400/500). Now they just make a 400/500.
These are pretty good all around rates for street and autocross.

Re: skunk2 spring rates (Ausmith)
Hmm, really good question. My front rates were supposed to be 300 lbs in front, 350 rear. After 2.5 years, they are now more like 10 and 50. Stay away!!!!

Re: skunk2 spring rates (91SiKen)
My "Integra" Skunkworks kit was supplied with 7.25.006 and 7.25.008 springs. These numbers are length, inner diameter (2.5") and the kg/mm rates. This translate to 335 lb/in and 447 lb/in spring rates, respectively.
For math conversion: kg/mm * 56 = lb/in

you got the spring rate right on the money. those spring rate was
offered for a civic. integra were firmer. but i think the civic spring rates are a lot better
for comfort/handling.

Re: (sivik2nr)
if you look on your springs, check the last number on the spring. if it has 8 the spring
rate is 447 and 6 is 335. im sure those are your spring rate.

Re: (Mr. Choi)
Are you sure they are around 450f? I have the crx skunk2 kit on my car now and the front doesn't feel nearly as stiff as my old neuspeed race, which I believe were 450f(correct me if I'm wrong). Well at any rate, from these responses, I ordered the wrong set because I was hoping to get a stiffer ride than my old neuspeeds. Thanks for your replies guys. I guess I could always order a pair of 700.250.010 for the front, to match the integ kit.

Actually, I sent an email to Neuspeed about the race springs for the CRX, asking what their "working" rate was...they told me 575f/525r, so they're pretty stiff little buggers if that's the case. The sports, according to Neuspeed, are rated at 275f/225r, and compared to the skunk2's that's pretty soft.

Hahaha, why didn't you just say you ordered the Integra ones?

Re: skunk2 spring rates (goofball123321)
The kit I have on my CRX is rated at 400f/500r. I ordered the springs from Ultra Performance this way. Skunk2 will ship the rates you want. This setup is for a dedicated race car versus a street/track/autocross car. The rating is printed on the spring along with the diameter and length. It is the last number that tells you the rate.
