Default Pro Honda Dot 4 Brake Fluid

I found a few bottles of this today for $.50 a bottle, would it be safe to use this for my cars brakes? It is dot 4 and heavy-duty/high-temp and figured it would be a little better for autocross with the higher boiling point of 490+ degrees dry and 311 minimum wet. But I think it is mainly made for motorcycles and stuff for that so that is why I am asking. TIA

It'd probably work out "fair". Pretty much ever other fluid that one would consider is better, even valvoline synpower.

I have never used the fluid you are talking about, but I have used the Valvoline Synpower and had problems with it boiling. Pretty bad. I switched to the ATE expecting the same problems, but have yet to see it boil.

Any reason not to run something like NEO SYNTHETICS SUPER DOT 610 in a stock honda system?

It looks like a good bang-for-buck.

Nope, no reason at all.

It may be somewhat hard to find, though. Motul RBF 600 is sold in lots of speed shops.

Thanks, I've been running ATE super blue, but it gets super humid where I live and race...might as well get something with more resistance to moisture.
