OT: Cleaning tire scuff marks off the walls
For all of you who store your tires inside over the winter, you probably have scuff marks on the walls inside your house from hauling them to and fro. What's the best way to clean the marks off the walls without removing the paint in the process?

I keep a set in my bedroom out of principle (I love the smell).
No need to remove the marks, you just need to convince the owner of the house (or the owner of your *****, as the case may be) that the marks indicate you need either:
a) a garage
or
b) a shop
or most desirably
c) an extra large garage with a shop built in
What do I know, though? I don't have any of those, so the marks stay until I do

I'm still the master of my domain, so the marks on the walls only bother me. I'll give soft scrub a try.

Re: (NB)
Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is wonderful for the problem you're having. It takes all kinds of scuff marks off of walls (though most of mine come from big dogs playing in the house, not tires).
