I didn't follow Zanardi to F1. CART > F1 in my household at that time. But I did follow JPM to F1, so there's that.

Probably because CART started to suck *** around that time (IMO).

Yep. When JPM left, CART was dead to me. Then the whole Ford spec engine came along and there was no point in even casually following it anymore, let alone actually watching a race.

Got a coupon from Giro to replace my busted Aeon.

Do I replace the Aeon with another Aeon (lovely lid, highly recommended) or get the new aerotype Synthe instead? Couple bucks difference in price. I should go try on a Synthe and see how it goes.

Champ Car still had some good races with the spec Fords whenever Seabass wasn't winning. I stopped liking the 'dinger when he got greedy and followed the money to NASCAR. He would've been a contender for 2007. Too many years in NASCAR dulled his open wheel skills. Penske gave Allmendinger a try in IndyCar but he didn't do that well. Crashing out in the first lap at both Detroit races was embarrassing.

That's right. Your brain isn't worth $200. That **** busted.

Synthe supposedly breathes a bit better than Aeon (shocking claim to me), and you get a pinch of aero benefit. Like the middle ground between the Aeon and Air Attack.

Still no Alo pic btw.

Simona has split with Sauber. I never understood what kind of arrangement that was. Testing a two-year old car for what? I don't even think she got that much mileage from these so called tests. No Friday drives either.

I would imagine the team thought having a female driver might attract some sponsors, but Williams has that covered with Suzie. Simona dropped the ball by not posting herself in yoga pants on Instagram.
