Default Momentum tool in-dash

I am trying to work on taking turns a little bit smoother. Anyone know of any tool to gauge your car's momentum? Digital or mechanical is fine.

nope. aside from running a data loger when ur at the track/autocross and looking at the data afterward, nothing is gonna give you live feedback. besides, you dont want to be looking at things mid corner. if you know you need to smooth out your driving, make a conscious effort to be smoother at your next event.

Yes, a tachometer, a race car should never be out of gear unless you are changing them or a speedometer will both let you know. Momentum p = mv

Look for kit aircraft ball type bank angle sensors. Some come fluid filled. The following is just an example. In the past I've seen them go for just a few bucks. You could also make it yourself.

You could also make a small damped pendulum. As long as you see it out of the corner of your eye it can show you how smooth your driving is and the higher it goes the harder you're cornering.

Good luck.
