Infineon Ferrari Challenge Weekend 56k go to the dealership
I met up with a co-worker and we drove in his 3rd gen. rx-7 to Infineon to check out some Ferrari cars and some racing. I'll let the pics do the talking ...
We found this just sitting next some trash cans
The blue car is an electric car too which is crazyness!
Now some pictures that will make you say wtf?
Nice looking Z in the middle of the Ferrari line but look at those brakes and yes they're real not stickers!!
Really intelligent anti-theft device on a backpack we saw in the pit area.

All the rich folks have it on their cars.
No pictures of them racing?

If I had to pick a single, all-time most excellent automobile, it would definitely be the 250 GTO.
But...is that real?
It's hard to imagine somebody taking a several million dollar car to Infineon.

Freakin' aweseome. Love the velocity stacks on the V12 and the 250: freaking gorgeous.
This is why I love historic races.

I dont think I would feel comfortable with my car being held up by the pneumatic jack. It looks like if you breathed on it, it would tip over.

i am not sure about the F cars, but most of the honda/acuras i have seen with air jacks have one in the rear and two at or near were the front A pilliar cage bars come down.
They look very stable, and i think they add in some more blocks when they actually get under the car.

there are sleeves that slide around the ram to act like a jack stand when you're doing more than a pit-stop tire change.
three jacks should be enough to hold the car up and keep it stable...

i go to the monterey historics every year, and it's not uncommon to have a 40-50 million dollar field racing. not just a driving event, but real wheel to wheel racing

I wonder who writes the balloon liability policy.

A 12 cylinder screaming by you, close to red line, is a wonderful thing to hear.
