OP, I was half trolling and half not.
IMO a novice has no place on a track with a TL. I've seen worse, but I also think a lot less of people like that lol
They might have a nice driving school type setup instead of an HPDE. Lime Rock has stuff on their skidpad and smaller auto-x style course year round and it's a pretty big hit.

Like I said, I'll probably be lucky if I get a lap out of her. She's just going to be happy to be there on the track.

Ross, don't listen to anything the Mitch is saying. Start a thread in the RR/AX section, you're wife won't venture in there so it should be OK.

I've been really surprised by it. I knew it was a great car, but I didn't think it was this good.

Don't know yet. I want to wear down the tires more before I replace them, they're pretty close to new. I'm thinking Continental or Michelin for the new ones.

Most people will agree that doing pads, rotors, and brake fluid are the essentials for a track day. Last thing you want is to be coming off the main straight and you press your brakes and nothing happens. Tires would be a very close second after addressing brakes.
You can still have fun bone stock though I'm sure. At least change the brake fluid though.

Before track day:
Rotors and fluid
Better tires
Change MTF
Thinking about adding an oil cooler.

Temps are much kinder during winter. She'll more than likely have an instructor and won't be pushing the car or herself very hard. Fluids should be fine.
Just make sure there's enough brake pad material and tread on the tires.
Nothing worse than running out of brakes and cutting the session short. Driving home and hitting traffic with metal to metal brakes sucks too.

She's a novice but I'm not. I grew up on tight twisty country roads that have way more trees on the side than a race track. I only plowed the side of the road once in my Merc . That's probably because I was speeding in a Merc. lol

It's about 1/10th of the excitement but if she just wants to drive the car hard why not go to an autocross? She'll learn low speed car control in a much lower risk environment.
Not sure if VIR does it but there are companies that go around with exotic cars and will give you a few laps (driving or ride along) for a decent price. Example: Drive Exotic Supercars on a Real Racetrack | Xtreme Xperience
