Help!! E85 in k24, ITB, VTC and admision cam k20....(but stock internals)
Hello everyone.
I am Victor from spain(caceres).
I am doing me Civic ep3 with swap k24, and I want to get the maximum possible performance.
Me engine have:
- K24a3 (europe edition, cilinder head is similar k20, is k24a3 190hp) stock internals(pistons and connecting rods stock).
- admision camshaft k20a3 and vtc 50 degrees of k20a3
- TODA ITB-s
- 4-2-1 exhaust manifolds
- k20 oil pump
- hondata kpro
Me questions they are:
- Complet Exhaust side exit 3" Is correct For this engine?? I ask For side exit...
- and moré important, can I gain hp and torque with e85, Yet how taking stock block? How many??
- Does anyone it has proven k24 or k20 stock? Can you tell me your experience?
Thanks very much everyone!! Greetings!!

I have a stock k24a2 which made 243whp on E85. The motor wasn't degreed and I have all OEM internals. There's a few factors that you need to look at. Compression between these k24 engine varies and of course your tuner. Depending on his knowledge of tuning they will be able get the most out of your motor while maintaining reliability.
I also made this much using a 2.5" exhaust. There has been dyno tests between 3 and 2.5" exhaust's but honestly i dont think it makes much of a difference on a oem set up. if you had a build motor then id say go with the 3". Mind you i also had a 3 inch in the past so ive experienced both.
Check out my build thread if you want to check out my old set up.
