I have used the koni 3011s with great sucess. I am testing a new set of coilovers for Mfactory and am having excellent results. I would contact them and see if they will have any intorductory special or something. I have 5 track days and 2 race wins on them already

There is no such thing as a best choice for "racing coilovers." Only you know how much you're willing to spend, what other modifications you've made to the car both in engine and suspension, your class rules, your level of experience driving, your level of experience setting up the car, the particular tracks you drive (rough tracks or silky smooth), your spring rates, the tires you'll use, is it a dual purpose vehicle? , ect.

My guess is that you are somewhat new to track driving based on your comments. Because if you hang out at the track very much, you would have been involved in conversations revolving around what suspension other drivers are using. If so, you might consider Koni Sports with a coilover setup like Ground Controls and some Eibach ERS springs. I've used both Koni race dampers (3011) and Koni Sport based units (both SPSS3 and regular Sports) on my race car (CRX) and track car (Integra) and I feel that the Koni works very well. This is NOT to say that other dampers don't work well, because some other dampers also work very well indeed. I've driven on TEIN Monoflexs and these worked very well on the CRX I drove. I've also road raced in CRX with the old Tokico Rally's in a friends car and these also worked very well. So, you see, there is more than one or even five good solutions to your question.

Other choices to consider:

PIC (I don't have personal experience with these, but some people like them and a PIC rep is regularly on this forum)

KW Variant 2, 3, Race (hopefully I'll get more experience with the RACE unit when my Integra becomes a racecar).

Stay away from the Ksports. Not a quality shock in my experience with my brothers car!

I have personal experience with the Koni's and the KW's and they are both fantastic shocks.
It really depends on what your budget is for them. That will determine which shocks you go with!
Both KW and Koni are proven shocks with a long history of winning on race cars all around the world! You can't go wrong with either!
