They're about as cheap as other cheap stuff.
I'd honestly suggest you get Fortune Auto. I'm very familiar with what they've been doing and have seen their products on other platforms. Honestly, for the price, i don't think you can find better quality, valving, or service.
For road race and auto-x, i'd highly recommend their 510 coilover. You can get it customized to your spring rates and mods for free.
For a reference point, i've tracked extensively on KWv3's and MCS 2 ways (8k coilovers). A properly set up fortune auto 510 can easily be as or more compliant than the KW v3's. And KW won't let you do any custom rates or valving.
