Craftsman 2-1/2 Ton Low Profile Floor Jack
Before buying this, just to see if anyone is using this to get some feedback..
@_@ I really want to own a low-profile jack so I don't have to borrow my friend's one everytime I work on my car
Just want to see anyone's comment on that jack..

We have used and abused a HF jack for 4 years now (one jack, multi-car team, 10+ race weekends a year) and it has never let us down.
I know a racer who had his craftsman break the first time he used it, as well as a few others who used to own craftsman jacks.

edit: you don't need a low profile jack just to work on your car just use some pieces of wood to drive onto

Driving up onto wood sucks, IMO. So much easier to just have the right tool, especially when its not that expensive (HF = $60 after coupon).

Here's the jack: http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=91039
But I already deleted the email with the coupon If I get another one (I tend to get one per day) I'll post it up.
Edit: You can try digging through these links too:

Just a warning on the harbor freight jack:
DO NOT raise the jack all the way up to the highest level. Doing so will push one of the piston o-rings into the internal threads on the hydraulic cylinder. After a while, that o-ring will get scratched up and leak.

I haven't had that problem with mine, and its definitely been all the way up a lot There are a few different HF models/"brands" over the years though.
