Default Car set up for 94 Integra GSR in Solo 2 G-Stock?

I am in G-Stock with just 205/50/15 Azenis tires and have done well. However, two focus SVTs on R compound tires and koni adjust seem to edge me out most events. Does anyone have suggestions on my car set up. Camber is stock and the stock wheel size must be used. What Tire and size? What camber setting? Other ideas?

My ideas Kumho 225/45/15 v700 Front, Azenis205/50/15 or kumho 205/50/15 Rear
Max out front camber per OEM setting

Suggestions?

Thanks

We ran 225 kumhos in front and 205s out back. Screws up tire rotation (you go through fronts much faster), and the car won't respond as quickly, but you get more ultimate front grip. For shocks we had tokico illuminas, set full stiff in rear and full soft in front. The shocks made a big difference from OEM, and were pretty inexpensive as well. OTS Koni's or a custom valving might help even more.

The car's main problems are tons of body roll, lack of camber adjustment, and little torque out of slow corners in 2nd gear. Heavy trail-braking was necessary to get it to rotate. I had a lot of fun with it though, and was somewhat successful on a regional level.

EDIT: don't run R tires in front and street tires in back, the car gets real goofy. Matching tire sets only.

I heard people have had bad (wear) results with the V700 Ecstas so I've been sticking with 225-50-15 plain V700 in the front.

The amount of understeer honda put in for safety is just fustrating with this car ; so much so I'm NOT gonna dissuade you from doing the 'drift' setup of race tires in the front and street tires in the back.

You also have some fine tuning that you can do with adj shocks and toe alignment. You might need the shocks to keep the car driveable (esp on the high speed stuff) for your intended tire setup.

Good luck with the fords,

Alignment makes a big difference too. Around 1/8" toe out in front and as much as you can stand in the back. Start the back at zero, then increase toe out until it's hard to avoid spinning. The rules allow a change in front sway bar. A bigger one will reduce the body roll and the mismatched tire sizes can correct for the balance change. Consider Koni shocks; you can have them rebuilt or changed to double adjustable later, most other shocks cannot.

A stock GSR uses its bumpstops as additional springs. Stock Neons go fast by using a lot of rebound damping to force the car to stay on the bumpstops for a much stiffer springrate. That would also add some negative camber. I only ran mine stock a few times before going to DSP with it.
