Hmm thought I posted this already but...
Do these clear type-r LCA's? I prefer this design over the 1piece because you can change bar thicknesses if it's a standard size (wall thickness... same OD's). Do that on teh racecar up front.

This is for a dc chassis, correct?
Is it more for lapping days or autox?
If the latter, then you may not want it as oversteer prone as some of us autoxers run - because we just put ice skates on the rear for ff power on oversteer.
I would be scared to run my autox car at a lapping day without disconnecting my rear swaybar or at least putting it on full soft and would ditch my staggered setup also.
I think Nate Whipple did the most data logging of the itr chassis and recording tire temps vs camber and toe and came to the conclusion that 275f / 205r and stock itr bars all around with a spring rate ratio of 2:1 front vs rear worked best for autox.
So 600f would be 300r and 1000f would be 500r and so on.
Once you got high enough front rate to grip properly, then you matched the rear rates to that ratio to get optimum grip vs oversteer.
But again, we run the autox cars pretty loose... Although I've read about some road racers running crazy rear rates and big bars also...

Where I landed with my ITR (square 205 Rivals) was 750/500, stock front bar, and the 0.120 wall ASR rear bar. I did some quick back-of-the-napkin math and it looks like the .120 wall bar on an EG/DC is ~50% stiffer than the 0.250 wall bar on an EF (due to arm lengths). Now that's not taking into account the difference in wheelbase between the two of course. I was hopeful that the 24mm solid with the "short" arms would get my EF where I wanted it to be (rate is damn near the same as the .250 wall bar with "long" arms) but it's still not enough, IMO.
This ^^^ is all a little apples to oranges as it's without the massive tire stagger. This being said, the DC chassis is long enough and stable enough that it can take a ton of rear bar and be very drivable, IMO. Granted, you *do* need to be aware of how to drive it...
The ASR 32mm rear bar? Yeah, I ran one on my ITR... stock lower arms, hell... it even had the stock exhaust on it.

Re: ASR 32mm hollow bar ? anyone running this ?
So I decided to ordered the bar... with a .120 wall thickness, spring rates are 10K front and 6K rear F7 spherical's and asr end links the tires are 205/50 toyo proxes T1R's on 15x6.5 rota slips -4* camber. I got the car's(94 gsr) weight down to 2348lbs ish so imo this should be a fair set up. Will learn it tho come spring was running the stock sway last year and a fuller interior.

It's a fun Bar!
Pseudo Drifts in the S-turns like a pendulum.
Keep the Gas down!
Watchout for liftoff/snap oversteer.
Medium Setting on the EndLinks 500F/450R DDRC

Counter point: I ran the stock 22mm, 26mm Mugen, and 0.120 wall ASR bars on my STX/DE/DD Type R. I absolutely *loved* the ASR bar. Loved it. The car would turn right the fsck now and was very adjustable mid-corner. It's definitely a bunch of bar though and more than most folks are comfortable with. It's also a ton of bar for a street car but I liked it.
YMMV, my $0.02, etc.
PS
What is the car not doing right now that you're trying to address?

Xian hasn't been online in 3.5 years, unfortunately. Likely going to have to take a stab based on the rest of the info captured in this thread.
