thats because you werent responding to some emails too i believe. normal time from ordering to shipping is 3 days.
no big deal though. custom parts always take longer. everyone knows that

Re: Kteller weldup or boltup exhaust sale! (dfoxengr)
Are you honestly going to say that its your customers fault for not responding to emails? Especially when all the information needed, was provided during the checkout process. I even have the email reciept which showed all the info needed for my order.
If your so high on customer service then you'd know that the governing rule is that the customer is always right.
I placed my order on March 28th and recieved it April 18th. Now normally I wouldn't mind waiting 3 weeks to get a product. However, I expressed that I needed the item by April 14th and you directed me to order immediately and that it wouldn't be a problem.
After recieving no updates on my order I contacted you. You originally told me it would ship Wed. I waited till Thurs night and when I had recieved no infromation and contacted you again. You then said it would ship Friday. It didn't even ship till the following Monday at 5pm.
Your customer service was not what you advertised. I contacted you everytime the exhaust system did not ship and you never once contacted me about a delay in shipping. Even after you said it would ship on a certain day. Never once did I get any apology from you.
The only time I was emailed was because you said you couldn't remember the measurement on the cat(which I made a note of during the payment process). I contacted you 2 days afterwards and you said that it had been built to the spec I had noted during the checkout process.
Some company's would offer a discount after a delay such as this. Kteller even offered me a $100 off and free shipping if I placed my order with him(cheaper than your price).
However, I decided that based on your good reviews and customer service I'd go with you. I did get a great Kteller exhaust and Cat, but the customer service was not there and I did not get the product in a timely fashion.
I think that you sell your products for a great price. However, I was less than satisfied with my experience so I will not be ordering from you again. I am sure that you are working to prevent situations like this from occuring again and hope others do not have the same experience that I did.

Re: Kteller weldup or boltup exhaust sale! (96ex)
I'd have to agree. While it didn't take me 3 weeks to get my exhaust, I was operating under your pretense that it would take 2 days to process the order and another 5 days to ship it. I bought a 96-00 civic coupe mild 3" exhaust kit - nothing custom about it, it was stated as being in stock on your site. It didn't even get shipped for a little over a week, and that was with me harassing you daily to get some kind of information.
I thought it was funny that I got 3 emails from your company, talking about new products and asking for thoughts on new product lines, etc...but I couldn't get a simple email with a tracking number without hassling you daily.
Don't get me wrong, I got my exhaust and it's great! But I'd really laugh if you honestly think you have the best customer service.

Re: Kteller weldup or boltup exhaust sale! (96ex)
all exhausts are custom because they are made to order, i had problems with both of your orders, thats why they took so long.
and yes it is your fault if you dont check your email. especially if i am trying to get info from you, this is not for (96ex or boostin). sorry if you disagree.
everyone wants it now now now...life is that you wont always get stuff the day you want it. i try my best but sometimes things get backed up. anyone can see that with anything. good luck thinking youll get stuff on your time when you get into a big hands on project.
sorry you guys feel that way. i believe i try my best to keep intouch will customers as much as possible. people who email me know that. and at least i do respond, unlike bigger companies who dont for 2 days and get pissed off that you "harass them daily"
and youre right, my prices are good, but there will always be customers who arent satisfied no matter what a business does or says.

please dont clutter up this thread anymore. youve said what you wanted. thanks, and let me know if i can help you anymore.

i will have to vouch for dfoxengr. i ordered my 3" kit for 91 hatch on 5/23 and it was at my door today 5/31. to me it seems like he keeps his word when he says at least 3 days to make and around 5 days to ship.
the way i see it, and everybody else should, if its not OEM stuff then its CUSTOM. so expect a short wait especially if you dont get in touch with the person to get your order straight.
by the way, the kit is awesome! cant wait to get her welded up. when the next build comes up i know who im going with!

I had given you all the information which was needed. If I had a reciept showing all the info needed then I am sure you had the same information. So I don't see how you can blame this on a customer. That was your fault not mine.
I didn't want my exhaust now. I wanted it 2.5 weeks after I ordered it and you assured me that this wouldn't be a problem. If there was a problem with my order you could have notified me on IM because thats how I contacted you each time. You knew when I needed my order by and you failed to tell me that there was ever a delay in shipping. I contacted you each time and you kept saying it should ship tomorrow. Never once apologizing for not getting shipped out in time.
I don't want others to have the same experience I had with your company so I am going to tell you what you could have done to make me a happy customer.
1. Notify me that my exhaust would not get to me by the date we had discussed and apologize for the delay
2. Possibly offer some sort of discount towards a future purchase at your store($10 off or 5%)
I would have settled for number one and still considered buying from you.
BTW Your right that you'll always have unsatisfied customers, but you can always make an effort to make them satisfied. If you had made an effort of notifying me my order wouldn't arrive as planned I'd still be a satisfied customer.
I hope this feedback helps you with future transactions. I feel that customer feedback is a great way to further your business improve whether it is positive or negative. Having said that I will no longer "clutter" up your thread.

Bump for this guy.
Don't know what happened with the other transaction, but I give for customer service. Asked about 23840294823 questions and not a single complaint,

Just placed an order. Hopefully it comes out correct, there isn't anywhere to state the year and size for the 2.25/2.5" weld up kit.
I wrote in the comments the size and year.
Thanks in advance.
