what paint should i use on sway bars
quick question. i picked up a set of front and rear suspension technique sway bars for my honda accor. now i went with that brand cause ive heard awsome things about them. anyway, the problem i have is all my suspension components are red (skunk2 springs, strut bars, sturs, control arms ect...) but the sway bars i have are a "turquoice" color (sorry for spelling), so i would really like to paint the sway bars red to match. plus all the new bushings i got are also red. so i guess two questions. is it worth it to paint them or will they just get chipped up and eventually not look good. second if it is worth it, what kinda sand paper, and paint should i use. (just reg. 3m, or high temp. ect....). thanks for any help.

Wet sand them with 400-600 grit and clean with degreaser, then you can use whatever paint you want. If the prep is good any paint will stick, but the more expansive stuff will be more durable. Real automotive 2-part would be best....
