Default Fading & Sun damage?

So this I had this car repainted like 6 years ago and I guess it's starting to show it's age now. The problem is only on the roof, spoiler and passenger side panels. Basically where it's exposed to the sun the most. The driver side the paint is still mint as can be.

Is it permanently damaged (clear coat gone) or can there be a way to restore the paint?

Also we had a dust storm and my car was parked at the work yard and there's dirty everywhere. It's like dust particles are stuck on the passenger side door. How to fix this as well?

On my Accord EXV6 Sedan my clear coat is completely gone on the roof and pillars. Basically my car will have to be repainted. But yours maybe it could be saved try some Meguilars clay bar kit and the polish then wax it. And see how it comes out.

dust particles you can do a wash and claybar... faded paint will need a respray. you could actually probably get it to shine again by doing a cut n polish with a buffer. but either way your clearcoat has already degraded to the point where its not going to protect anymore

Thanks for the tip guys.

After using the clay bar, should I use a compound or go to the polish to help the fading?

it depends on wat condition the paint of your car is in. this answer isnt as simple as always saying "yes compound and polish!" from the looks of the side view shot you have, i would say just polish and wax. but do a test spot with the polish to see if the polish gets rid of the scratches or not, and if it doesnt then go ahead n step it up a notch with compounding it. the roof will definitely need a compound though.

since you said you had the car repainted 6 year ago why not just go back to the body shop where it was repainted. I think most body shops have a lifetime warranty they could probably fix that for you
