Default Added too much hardener to my paint, curious of the effects.

I couldn't find much reading. My buddy was rushing me along to paint my car and my mixing cup had percentages i couldn't figure out instead of ratios (like fill the 8 column to 6, fill the 1 column to 6, fill the 2 column to 6, i understand that). He said "Here, go by this" and there were numbers up the cup going to 10 next to the ounces and said "Fill it to a number, then add 1 for the hardener, and 2 for the reducer". So i filled it to 6, added 1 (7) for hardener, and 2 (9) for reducer. Not realizing i did a 6:1:2 mix until i'd sprayed the car, it needed to be 8:1:2.

I discovered what was wrong on my final coat when i did 4 up 1 and up 2, i then realized how off it was.

Laid pretty smooth though, lol.

you should be ok the paint will dry faster but if you laid it on to thick it might start to crack but still need a pro to get it to this

I did around 3 coats of urethane, should be a bit less resistant to cracking than enamel i hope. It was clear hardener, so it's actually taking forever to dry, might be a good thing though.

Having the same one, it was tacky for close to 3 days and it's still soft on that 3rd day.

Got a few spots i dinged putting it all together while soft, d'oh.
