$50 paint job accord 96 in progress!!!!
well my accord i got for 700 dollars, just a dd paint is BAD on it, front end had like no paint, then spray paint spots all over rear of car so i decided try the cheap roll on paint job, plz put any comment if u like it or not, this my first time so let me know how im doing
the sanding and prep:
here is hood fenders after ONE coat, 5 more togo every 2 coats u suppose to wetsand it 800, 1000, 1500
new update: 2nd coat in hood 2 fender and some quarter panel and trunk one coat:

thanks guys, its jsut my first day i think in avout a week ill be done, i dont wanaa go fast since this is the cheap way, i want to get best out of it, i can sspray a car but i dont have a garage and i dont have much meony but time so this is good project for my dd, i jsut want it look nice thats al, my project ill get it nice painted like engine bayt and all that goodie

OK big update today i got the front end 4th coat and rear quarter panel and back bumper 1 coats bout to do 2nnd coat if i have time its getting dark, wet sand day tomorrow here is the pics sorry i post alot pics :D

did more research and im mizing my paint WAYYY too thick , so ima sand it all down to like its not showing ANY orange peel and put LIGHT coat on it so hope teh result will be better than my original plan :D

thanks im gonna resand down the whole car til no peels and re coat it wit thinner paint, no wonder it is thick and orange peel more than a orange lol more update tomorrow

thanks alot guys i could afford a nice paint job but im not going to waste money on my daily driver, planning to do a rhd itr, so cant waste money on that MORE UPDATES NOW!

Did we register on honda-tech to bash on someones grammar? Most of you who are talking trash probably will never have the *****/motivation to get off your *** and try this. Damn. Seems like anybody nowadays with a computer talks like they have ***** or something. Grow up.
As for the paint. Yes there is orange peel but like you said just sand it till none is visible and start rolling with thinner layers. The after picture of wetsand/buff looks 10x better. That's what experience is for! You gotta start somewhere. I will probably test out roll-on with my project hatch to see how that goes. =p keep up the good work.
