Those 2-1's look like they came off a Deusenburg, you've got cheater bends all over the place, and the whole 4-1 collector with one as a wastegate outlet is just plain heinous.

The only valid point you make is the collector. However, you didn't give a reason as to why you think it's heinous. Do you think its ugly or is there another reason? FYI the collector has changed since yesterday due to a design flaw. Im curious if you know what it was. You must since you know everything about manifolds. right?

Well everyone is entitled to their opinion. Can you post some pics of your welding skills. Since you talk so much trash I figure you're an expert in your mind. Apart from the fact that I think that whole header is a design flaw, you've got practically zero taper on the collector. That makes for very turbulent flow and higher back pressure. Having the wastegate feed off what should be an inlet to to the collector forces the exhaust gas to make an abrubt, almost 180 degree, turn. Have fun controlling boost with that.

Just curious but what are you using for engine management? A year or two ago I was looking into making a custome turbo kit for my e36 M3 and the only decent engine management I could find was $2,200. I forgot what brand it was but it was a complete stand alone. Just curious if you found a cheaper alternative?
