What's wrong with the manifold?

Those 2-1's look like they came off a Deusenburg, you've got cheater bends all over the place, and the whole 4-1 collector with one as a wastegate outlet is just plain heinous.

Well everyone is entitled to their opinion. Can you post some pics of your welding skills. Since you talk so much trash I figure you're an expert in your mind. I think you are a bitter human being and have to take out your troubles on the internet for some reason. You should crawl in a hole somewhere so you don't bother anyone.

The only valid point you make is the collector. However, you didn't give a reason as to why you think it's heinous. Do you think its ugly or is there another reason? FYI the collector has changed since yesterday due to a design flaw. Im curious if you know what it was. You must since you know everything about manifolds. right?

No worries. Your creativity as to managing to get this to fit is in my book. Sick build.

I doubt the header design will affect power output...

I never said anything about the welds. It's comical to me that you judge the quality of my character based on two sentences I've posted. On a public forum you invite public scrutiny to the things you post. That's sort of how it works.

Apart from the fact that I think that whole header is a design flaw, you've got practically zero taper on the collector. That makes for very turbulent flow and higher back pressure. Having the wastegate feed off what should be an inlet to to the collector forces the exhaust gas to make an abrubt, almost 180 degree, turn. Have fun controlling boost with that.

Works just fine, my wastegate is at a 180degree angle with regards to flow, but boost doesnt creep at all.

Just curious but what are you using for engine management? A year or two ago I was looking into making a custome turbo kit for my e36 M3 and the only decent engine management I could find was $2,200. I forgot what brand it was but it was a complete stand alone. Just curious if you found a cheaper alternative?
