well after being out of the honda scene for a while i have decided i am going to get back into it and build either a car for drag or a track car. more then likely gonna be a long work in progress but decided to go ahead and make a new account and get started on this thing!

here is the current ride though, 04 g35 with full bolt ons and tune. just riding around clean though don't really wanna waste money trying to make this thing fast. got a nismo front going on this week and then she is prolly gonna be done getting new parts for a while so i can build a car

Looks nice. What do you mean waste money making it fast? I always thought a supercharger and moderate boost on a G35 would make it a great street car. Not worth it?

its a heavyyyyyy car man and not to mention i kinda like the way it looks for a daily and the dependability i have in this as a daily. a decent turbo or supercharger runs you about 5 grand for these cars

thanks man.they are ok man but at 4k lbs its kind of hard to get that weight moving, plus i got it auto so its literally more of a daily driver

@ furious, def going to. just switched out the front end to a nismo one last night so maybe a paint job away from being super clean daily status

can u post the specs of your wheels tires and suspension? and would that transfer over to the 350Z?

18x8.5 +25 offset. 225/45/18 nexen cp 662 tire - FRONT w/ 20mm spacer
18x9.5 +30 offset. 255/40/18 nexen cp 672 tire - REAR w/ 25mm spacer

riding on function and form type 2's.

both wheels and suspension will bolt on for a 03-06 350z, however the wheels in my sizes are discontinued so you'll have to buy used

I too just got out of my 07 G35 for a honda (06 accord V6).
I had it for about a year and just didn't like it any more.
so the girlfriend and I swapped, she took over the G35 and I got her accord.
now i'm saving up for a '11 wrx hatchback.

Imma keep my G for a daily. Its runs and drives great and haven't really ever had major problems so might as well leave her how she sits and stay up on maintenance.
Greddy SP2, no sound clips tho. Can try and make one soon

The G35c does not weigh 4000lbs (its more like 3500lbs)


Clean car man. It looks a lot like my old G. If you are planning on keeping the car NA & just doing boltons get rid of that awful 3.3FD & find a 3.5 VLSD or do a full rebuild with a 3.7FD. Going to a 3.9 FD was the best mod I ever made to my old G35C.

well i guess welcome back!

i too left the honda scene for a short while and my wife got sick of me complaining all the time that my current ride wasn't a honda, and "if it was a honda then it wouldn't have broke!" etc etc etc i would rant all the time lol

what exactly do you want to get for your new ride??
