Default Dodge Viper SRT-10 | 360 Forged Concave Ten Wheels
This is the first Viper SRT-10 to have deep concave wheels and this set was custom made for this car. The specs are as follows:

360 Forged Concave Ten wheels
Front - 19x10 with 2" depth and 275/30R19 tires.
Rear - 20x12.5 with 3.5" depth and 345/25R20 tires.

Black dude, right? It was in the Arundel Mills area (near Panera bread) when I saw him and a truck. They were both inspecting each others bumpers. IIRC, this guy lives around Odenton/175. I've seen him pull out of there a lot (or he just knows someone around there).
