CBRD tunes FTW. My bosses IX got tuned there before they even opened up. The dyno was literally only a couple days old, it was awesome that they let us all chill there while he got tuned and the building was still being revamped.

Any interior mods? Didn't see too many interior shots.
All I have for interior mods are a shift **** and carbon fiber overlay for the dash. That's it!

Some updates!

Thanks to my buddy Chad over at CBRD Speed Factory in York, PA, I now have a "brand new" set of Dunlop SP Sport 600. These are the OEM tires on the GR STi and are only available in 245/40R18. According to the specs listed in Tire Rack, these tires can fit a rim from 8"-9.5" in width, so I'm right at the extreme with my wheels being 18x9.5". The reason why I said "brand new" is because these tires only have ~250 miles on them according to Chad. Honestly, they look like they have even less mileage on them than that! Score!

So since I'm getting ready to get my new tires mounted to my summer wheels, I wanted to make sure my wheels are protected since I'm not able to wash my car as frequently as I would like. Being that my wheels are also CE28N's, the spokes don't make them the easiest wheels to keep clean either. In my quest to clean and protect, I've settled on the following products.

Stoner Tarminator
Stoner Invisible Glass Cleaner with Rain Repellent
Extreme Simple Green Motorsports Cleaner & Degreaser
Meguiar's Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner
Clay Magic Blue Clay Kit*
Meguiar's Scratch X 2.0
Klasse All-In-One Polish
Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze
Finish Kare 1000P Hi-Temp Paste Wax
Vinylex by Lexol

Now, I've used Vinylex, Scratch X 2.0, Meguiar's Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner, and Stoner Invisible Glass Cleaner with Rain Repellent with great success in the past, and since they are tried and true I've continued to use them. The only item missing from this list is the Clay Magic Blue Clay Kit which I'll be picking up from AutoZone this weekend.

I purchased the Tarminator, the Klasse, and the FK all from Autogeek on Sunday night, and they were at my door today from Florida. The transaction was smooth, and their packaging was great! Their site also has great product descriptions and has tons of great tips on how to use the products they sell. The rest of the items were purchased locally from Pep Boys and Auto Zone.

I'll make another post once I actually detail the wheels and the car and break down the order in which these products were used.

On to the pics.

Today I used Stoner Tarminator and Extreme Simple Green Motorsports Cleaner & Degreaser on the wheels to get them really clean. The Tarminator can sprays a lot out, and disappears in a heart beat, and it's already gone! I don't care because it did its job. I couldn't find it at the Pep Boys I was at last weekend, so I'll check at the local Auto Zone next time. I ran out tonight to that same local Auto Zone and picked up the Clay Magic Blue kit which comes with clay and their quick detailer. Tomorrow I plan on washing the wheels with gold class to get any remaining dirt/crud/dust off of them, and then hitting them up with with clay, Klasse AIO, and Klasse SG. I'll let that set for 12-24 hours, and then I'll lay down a layer of the FK 1000P, let that set of 12-24 hours as well, and then add another coat after that, too. I've been doing a lot of reading and these sealants/waxes need time to set/cure.

We'll see what kind of finish and protection these wheels have afterwards!

I decided to grab some shots of the car since it's semi clean and the weather is supposed to be crap for the next week or so. Here's a little impromptu shoot I did in about 30 minutes.

Wheels/Suspension
Volk CE28N Time Attack 18x9.5 +34
Dunlop SP Sport 600 245/40R18
GT Worx Springs
OEM Bilstein Shocks/Struts
Untouched fenders/wheel wells

Enjoy.

ajabbar! keefek willa? Shou fee ma fee?

Thanks for the compliment! I love my evo, but she's definitely not a drag *****. hehe. She does see the strip from time to time but def won't have drag radials on at any point in time. I'm building her to do everything well. She's my daily driver and she needs to stay in one piece!

Where in Lebanon are you from?

needs to be dropped more and a JDM rear bumper would set it off..

I'd love a JDM bumper, but I def think the USDM bumper looks good, too. I'm on GT Worx springs which were designed to work with the OEM Bilstein's that came on my car. It's a daily driver so low is no bueno. My suspension works, I have no rubbing, my fenders are untouched, and my 9.5" wheels fit with 255's no problem.
Low looks sweet, and I like it, but this works fine for me, too. when my shocks blow and I upgrade to coilovers, I'll probably drop the car just a tad more than it is now.
