I have a customer with a 2016 Pilot EX-L having issues with his phone - computer is buggy, hangs up/randomly transfers calls... so I pulled up the diagnostic mode and found these 2 screens with error messages.

None of the techs here know what these mean since it's so new - I'm hoping you guys can help me.

He is also using an iPhone 6S with the 9.2 iOS, which isn't on the HandsFreeLink list of compatible phones, but he told me Honda Corporate told him that doesn't explain all the issues he's having.

I'm really hoping you guys can give me some insight. Thanks so much in advance!

I have a 2016 Honda PIlot EX-L with error codes, and would like some help in understanding them.
They occur in the Software error log and have only the date and time stamp on them. There is nothing in the detail field.
Not very helpful.
Is a switch to ON needed in developer mode? If so where is it and what is it?
