considering alot of people stayed home this summer do to money, I think this will be a pretty good show. All I'm doing that weekend is remodeling my bathroom, so I think I can find time between paint coats drying to show up

Greetings,

I'm inquiring to the accessibity of said location per speedbumps, inclines, declines, road crowns or any other pertaining obstacles that would limit a dumped car to attend this gathering. I've received word that this park has speedbumps.

I'll be running a caravan of cars from Eugene, Oregon up for this and some of which are hammered to the floor and a couple members of Dumpedstars. It's already a six hour feat of butt puckering epicness to drive there on these craptastic highways of Oregon and Washington while dodging every slight road imperfection, pothole and road reflector.

We barrel over a lot of **** and don't mind laying frame and chunking out roads, but getting high centered on speedbumps sucks as much as it is funny. If need be we will bring boards and ramps.

If anyone has any sound information on the subject I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much for your time. Regards.

the speed bumps are very elongated, meaning they are the type that aren't a quick pop over, but their not quite those really big ones you see in neighborhoods that you can drive over at 40 either. I think there is about 3-5 bumps you'll need to get over since we are having it near the back of the park, but I saw alot of cars going completely sideways over and were fine, and were dumped.
but maybe if someone lives close enough to take a pic and post it with their car over it I'm sure it'd give you guys a better idea. personally I didn't think they were that bad

Yeh, I did. Funny, right after I posted that I clipped a small brown rabbit in the fastlane on I5 southbound and it destroyed the passenger side of my jdm front lip. That was neat.

If you could take angled pics of those speedbumps that'd be ****ing fantastic. A few of us measured clearances lastnight and were right around 1.5 inches from the ground to our jackpoints and about the same for front lips, excluding one who's si lip is right about an inch, maybe under. Pics would help so much esp if there's seriously five speedbumps in and five out.. someone better be out taking pics of this carnage cause we will seriously take chunks out of that while folding our lips under the bumper.

it's 3-5 bumps, I think their mainly at the entrance, I can't quite remember but I think they stopped half way in. the bumps really aren't that bad, their not too tall, just loooong

I partially agree. I like the look of a lowered honda, or any cars for that matter, but there is a limit

Do you ask that to people who build drag cars, or raise 4wd's? Or do any other form of modification that doesn't aid day to day driving? Personal satisfaction and preference is all that's needed.

Low is a lifestyle. If you don't understand it then I can't explain it. I merely stated that we're hovering above the ground and asked viable questions pertaining to the accessibility of this meet location as I don't live there. It's not as if I blasphemed and tried selling my 'ctr' for 13k ;p
