Yea KBB values are pretty much irrelevant when it comes to the Honda scene these days. This is a VERY clean GSR, in a rare color AND ORIGINAL PAINT? That's nearly unheard of nowadays, with a seller that seems pretty genuine, not shady and nothing to hide. I believe your asking price is fair, bump for you and a clean car sir. GLWS

Thank you. And yes the paint is 100% original and all vin# match on all panels.
Like I said price is obo but you are getting a great and clean car.

So I should be able to sell my 98 r for 20 grand then I guess with these ideas. I mean hell that's a limited production car and in better shape with less miles.
You have paint missing on the bumper and the valve cover is horrible. That's just from the pictures, which hide a lot. Yes, the interior is clean.. But I'm still not seeing how you can double a kbb price and think that's "fair" simply because its a rare color. Any case, good luck with the sale.

We all have our opinions. The price is what it is. It is OBO and I am taking reasonable offers.
The pictures provide pretty much all the "bad" .. which in my opinion are very minimal when you compare what else is out there. Yeah, the car does't have "mods" to influence the price, but to find a solid platform that isn't molested does have some good value.

While I personally would never pay the asking price, it is probably somewhat inflated due to the broke azz low ballers here and CL. who watch these stupid shows about bargaining and think they can offer him 2500$.
I have been testing out some dc's lately, thinking of selling my ek, or trading. and guess what. Most of you folks out there in internet land do not know how to work on a car. The JINKY azz stuff that is done to these cars... HIDS with masking tape? WTF? kidding me, JDM front ends with the rad support bolted in? GTFO!!! So a clean, unmolested car is worth a bit more.
I have spent countless hours fixing "your" mods done to so many of my cars, made by novice enthusiasts that to start with a clean, tight, unmolested canvas would be amazing. That being said, I have 5 hobbies that are all expensive, so I guess Ill stick to the bottom of the barrel crud I find on CL and mostly on here too.
Clean car, good luck with the sale.
