Not janked out. Never swapped and kept 90% stock most of her life. This is a mostly stock Si civic minus the exhaust, coils, rack, and wheels. I have not switched over the mint 90 Si passenger side seat yet. It will come with the sale. Thule rack comes with the sale. I'm not here to get beat up on my asking price for the car so positive comments only. You would be hard pressed to find a 89 Hatchy EF this clean. Car comes complete no part outs. Here's the details.

-79k on rebuilt motor

-Clean title!

-Interior is a 9/10 kept in great condition W/mint 1990 Si hatch seats put in front and back.
-Thule rack up top
-Exterior is a 9/10 garaged for the year.

-AC blows cold/ Heater blows hot, that's right AC!

-New Clutch, flywheel and throwout bearing
-New Timing belt, thermostat and water pump
-New A/C belt ( yes it has a/c and it blows cold!!)
-New camshaft seals, and crack seals
-New distributor cap and rotor
-New Spark plugs and wires
-New Valve cover seals.
-New Front brakes pads and rotors
-New Rear drum brakes and pads
-Tranny and radiator flush
-Oil change
-Brake flush
-New Driver and pass axles
-New steering rack boots
-New ball joints
-front motor mount
-Almost new FF Fullcoilovers less than 500 miles.
Also comes with stock suspension.

-New Borla exhaust (very quiet)

What was done when the engine was rebuilt? Do you have any paperwork?

Actually I need to fix the post, I have no paperwork for all the work that was done, when I bought the car my brother went over the car(He's a mechanic), there is 1000 miles since all the work was done. It was done roughly a year ago. This isn't my daily driver so I didn't drive it that much.

I see, but do you know what the rebuild entailed? I see that the timing belt was changed as were the cam seals, but that is typical maintenance.

I would like to build an ST car outta of this, hence my curiosity.

Then typical maintenance it is. I don't know what the rebuild entailed. I do know that the car runs good. Is clean. Etc.. The best way is to come look, do whatever tests you deem necessary, compression, leak down, etc...like we did when we bought the car. Before I bought my car I searched for a clean 89 SI EF for a long time before I found this car.
