RE: LUMINICS
Due to countless problems with the reliability and quality of these light bulbs we will no longer be selling Luminics Products. And due to the manufacturer not honoring warranty claims we will no longer be selling products from Novare Industries.
As soon as it became apparent to us that this product was substandard we immediately discounted the price and ultimately have discontinued carrying this product.
JLB Motorsports advises against purchasing any Luminics products. As soon as the problems were brought to our attention, we discontinued our relationship with Luminics and began clearing out inventory. We tried our best to honor any warranty claims with the inventory we have left and have advised customers prior to purchasing of the quality of luminics and the lack of a warranty.
All Luminics bulbs we have left in our inventory are going to be given away for free. Anyone who would like up two pairs of Luminics can pay $6 to cover the shipping. Although, we still advise against paying even this amount for this product. All of our bulbs were purchased direct from the manufacturer and are considered first run, "top quality" bulbs. Please do not accept statements to the contrary these are the same bulbs that everybody else is selling. You will have this problem no matter where you buy these bulbs, and here is an example :
https://honda-tech.com/zero...age=1
Per our agreement with the manufacturer and the manufacturer's own statements any customers warranties should be handled through their representative a member on Honda-Tech screen name : killakoreann
Or NovareIndustries.com
We wish to maintain the positive image that we have had on Honda-Tech for 4 years now and can no longer continue to sell this product.

So, I didn't bother to go through the entire thread, but while i browsed through it briefly I noticed a number of different prices.
I'm considering purchasing 1, 9004 Hyper White and 1, 9004 Pure Blue...
I was kinda confused after seeing so many different numbers and prices so I wanted to kno how much this would be if I decided to purchase them?
Thank you for your time.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">I had a set of golds that I ordered from JLBMotorsports (great seller) a few months ago. When I switched the bulbs over to my new headlights, the ring that sits in the socket was loose and would not hold the bulb in the socket. Once I bent the tabs enough to keep it in play, the low beam didn't work (and yes...I know not to touch the glass on halogens, I worked for a bulb manufacturer for 3 years). I emailed Luminics and they outright denied any kind of warranty because I didn't buy direct from them.
So what did I do, ordered another set direct this time. As soon as I installed them and checked, sure enough the right high beam didn't work. I should send them in for a replacement (who knows if they'll actually honor their warranty this time) but I really have no faith in them at this point. </TD></TR></TABLE>
Glad you guys are parting ways.

Re: LUMINICS (DRFlickner)
Unfortunately honesty is a thing of the past these days and many people are just out there to make a buck. IMO, JLB <U>could</U> have continued selling these cheap bulbs and made a lot of money, but why? Why sell something you know is faulty and not only deal with the returns and such, but also deal with disappointing your valued customers.
I don't work for JLB (as some people think) and it's not just because they are long time friends of mine that I am posting in here. It's because I have personally been in the presence of when certain events took place and I can say for a fact that JLB is always honest and is not out there to just take your money.

Re: LUMINICS (SMZ GSR)
In response to JLB. As any/all business transactions have come to an end. I would just like to wish you guys good luck, and I hope you can do the same for the Luminics Brand.
I am not gonna show a thread with hundreds of satisfied customers, or even actual customers of yours on this thread, but just good luck and let's all put this issue to rest.
We can ALL move on as men/business people.

Re: LUMINICS (killakoreann)
In response to the bulbs and directed to killakoreann (the owner of Novare Industries, and the makers of Luminics Bulbs).
I worked there for about 3 months, from what I can tell at that time, the bulbs were good and the % of bad products was low. I knew many people who were distributors and they had very little problems, or the other brand of light bulbs had the same problems so it didn't look out of the ordinary.
As far as the warranty goes, the owner of Novare does not have a clue on how to run a business. There will be no warranty period. HE SCREWED allot of people in the industry including me, that's why I'm no-longer there. I hooked him up with PMR on MTV then told WCC what they did to me and they didn't use them. In the end I was told that they were all partying, then I made the call and they dropped Novare from the line up. You see it doesn't pay to NOT PAY their employees.
I can go on for days on these two guys. Richard Park and his brother with short mans disease Peter Park should not be in business, they have no-idea about cars and don't let them fool you. If you can't change your own oil and you bend your intercooler while trying to change your oil, then you shouldn't be in this industry selling light bulbs hoods and body kits.
For all those of you that would like to continue to purchase these products, don't purchase them from Rich and Peter errr I mean Novare Industries, purchase them from a reliable source like http://www.luminicsbulbs.com The warranty that they offer is incredible and they are in no way affiliated with Novare Industries.
