Worst seller I've ever dealt with. Claims they never received my returned rubbish kit, even though the tracking number notes that someone picked it up from their P.O. Box. Terrible product, terrible service, all around bad company and scammers.

Dear Customer,
If you have returned the package with delivery confirmation #, then it takes a couple business days for the postman to deliver the packages from the P.O. Box to our physical location.
Since it is the holiday season, there may be some delays in package deliveries, please be patient as we have had issues before where we received a package after a whole month after it got to the P.O. Box and it is not under our control but in the hands of the postoffice. Thank you for your understanding~
