dude im worry bro but you wont get 7500 for the sol. Unless someone really really wants it. Nice sol but you might want to lower the price on it if you want to sell it.

The car is nice but you will literally never sell it for that price. It's 13 years old and has 120k on it. I just looked up blue book on it and even in excellent condition it's worth $4,300. You're asking almost double that...

no one is asking you to buy my car. if you don't like my price i'm sorry. but that is what the car is worth to me.
like i said i don't have to sell this car. i'm more then happy to keep it, sell or trade it. everything has a price and that's mine
have anything for trade?

Besides the front bumper, what else has been replaced or painted on? Can we get pics of the bad of this car? Pics of VIN's on hood and fenders? Better pics of interior?

Re: FS:FT 1997 Honda Del Sol VTEC
looks like the vehicle was in a front end collision prior to me buying it. both fenders and bumper were replaced. hood appears to be original. the paint on the new parts seems cheap too. it looks decent but you can tell it's not oem parts.
there are no bad pics of this car. and why do you need pictures of the vin number on the hood fenders etc. are you interested in the car?

Are you ****ing serious? Dude I love DSVs, especially in this color, I would pay 7k for it no problem but now that you're spillin this how do we know the frame isn't ****ed? I'm sorry to sound like a dick, especially now that I'm no longer interested in the car, but you gotta think rationally here, 8k for a potentially worthless car? Either way best of luck to you in your ventures.

Re: FS:FT 1997 Honda Del Sol VTEC
The only reason i say it looks like it had been in an accident is because both fender and front bumper are after market. the frame is straight and there are no signs of any frame repairs. I used to work for a body shop and have had this car as well as my other 2 cars on the frame rack to make sure the frame was straight.
Carfax comes up clean so I dunno. It's just my opinion and I'm being honest. I did not say that it DID have a front end collision, i'm just saying it's possible.
This del sol as well as my old del sol were both appraised by 2 separate apprasial companies. One was found by my fiance and the other was thru my insurance.
my old del sol was valued at 5000. it was a 1994 Del Sol VTEC (B16A3) with 180k. Both appraisal companies agreed on that price. When i bought my new del sol, i had it appraised by the same 2 companies to make the headache of my car being stolen easier.
It was a pain in the *** to get 5k for my car, so I took safety precautions and took out extra insurance for mods.
So when i say my vehicle is valued at 6500, that's what fair market value is for my vehicle according to 2 different appraisal companies. Who are they? **** I don't know... my car got stolen back in feb. and this car was purchased also in feb.
I'm not going to look for the information either unless i have a buyer that wants to see it.
For those who "say" they were interested until the accident stuff.... hahahah I seriously doubt you were that interested.
A clean car with a clean title and low miles is exactly that! my price isn't firm but worth it for what you're getting.
It's my car and my price. 8,000 or best offer and open to trades. That's what the car is worth to me. If i sell or trade it cool. will I get 8k for it? **** i don't know, I've seen a couple of nice cars up for trade, but i'm just not that interested in them.
This isn't a bash thread this is FS:FT thread.
So if you're interested, hit me up. If not, thanks for looking

whatever. ya'll a bunch of haters with nothing better to do.
I'll just keep telling you the same thing. it's my car and my price and that's what it's worth to me! and once again that's not a firm price.
are you interested? seriously interested? then offer me something. I'm tired of all the negativity.
Let's cheer up a little. No need to be hating on a sexy del sol. Close to the Chicago area? interested in the del sol, get ahold of me, I'll come take you for a spin. She's solid!
Just turn the key and go!
Everything done to the car since purchase is photo documented and installed by myself. I've been a technician for 10+ years and I'm ASE Certified. I manage a independent repair shop in the city that specializes in Honda's, DSM's, Evo's and Rotary's.
