SOLD 1999 Honda CRV EX 5speed SOLD

Up for sale/offer is my 99 Honda CRV EX 5 speed, dark green with 172,000 miles. I have owned this car for about 4 years and never had a problem. Has been well maintained and cared for. Its been washed weekly and waxed montly since ive owned it. Just recently did a full tune up on it as well. Car ran great and it surprised me how strong the motor pulled when i bought it. I purchased around 100k. Had all paper work and dealer records from previous owner as well. I still have the original window sticker. Has power windows/locks, alloy rims with spare, 4x4, keyless entry, etc... AC blows cold. Im probably missing something... $1400 obo

Good:
power everything
No rust or nasty dents.
really clean interior and exterior
5 speed, shifts perfect, never had a problem
fresh tune up
newer falken tires
new blower motor and switch
its a 99 so it has the b20z.
new oem honda bumpers
new oem honda headlights
Bad:
Car just died on me when I was leaving work. Im not a mechanic, but im pretty sure it was the timing belt.
Exhaust needs to be welded. Clamp/shield fell off so cat pipe is being held up with metal straps right now.
I was rear ended about 2 years ago, so has new oem honda bumpers. My friends dad owns a big dealer near schaumburg area and I took it to him as I know he would only use factory Honda parts. I also had him get me new oem headlights (thanks insurance). It wasnt bad, maybe like 10mph crash
Something making noise in hvac system. I replaced blower motor and switch right before my car died.. so I honestly dont know if that fixed it, otherwise its got all new parts and has a clog somewhere. Air/Heat comes thru vents, but not strong and makes noise like theres something not letting all the air go thru.
Sometimes when using keyless entry to lock or unluck the driver side lock gets stuck, so I would have to use key.
Oh and also the rear left passenger window stopped working. Im not sure if its the motor or a bad connection... I was tapping on the door panel and the window went up then stopped working again. It never bothered me enough to look at it again lol
Some idiot tried breaking into my car, so now the weatherstripping and metal near top of door is messed up, drivers side
I am trying to be as honest and open about my crv and any problems ive had since ive owned her. I have been mia on this site since I parted my civic out, but im sure plenty of people can vouch for me. Ive sold tons and tons of stuff on here over the years. Ive debated keeping and throwing my gsr head on it with some coils, but I have no room in my garage anymore. I will miss her but I think its best I let her go lol.

sorry the drivers side carpet looks stained, but i assure you its not. I had a cheap *** rug/floor mat that fell apart on the carpet. Just needs to be cleaned properly.

To check if it's the timing belt, take the oil cap off and watch the cams as someone else tries to start the car. If the cams don't move while the starter is turning the flywheel/crank, that'll tell you if the timing belt is broken.
Blower noise, etc, could just be an old cabin air filter with debris in it. Fixed my 01 CRV right up.
I might be interested in this if you still have it once I move out that way in August.
