FS: 1999 Honda CRV EX 5speed AWD
Hello all, it has come time for me to buy a new car and move up in the world as one might call it. I have owned this car since 2010 and it has served me very well. This is sorta a rare car I believe as it is the only 5-speed CRV I have seen in person. It is a 1999 Honda CRV 4wd that I bought used from a honda dealership here in Delaware. It has 150k miles on it and is in excellent mechanical condition. Just recently I performed the following maintenance items to it:
-new timing belt
-new water pump
-new timing belt tensioner
-new upstream O2 sensor
-New TPS sensor
Some other work I have done to it within the last year include:
-Aftermarket OEM specs catalytic converter
-Downstream O2 sensor
-Front rotors and brake pads
Ok, so on to the issues that the car has:
-Headliner is beat, keeps drooping... not sure why, but it does. Not a huge deal
-Front passenger side fender is dented from a jack *** backing into me and not stopping (I was inside store).
-Rear hatch door handle sticks (opens fine, but you have to pull handle back out for it to close again) probably just needs some lube and will be good to go.
-has some rear quarter panel rust on both sides, nothing major, just the typical honda rust.
-Clear coat is peeling off on hood.
-Needs new tires
Other than that, the car is in really good shape and I am looking to get rid of the vehicle in the next few months. I am asking 5200 OBO. Clean title in hand, and will provide the VIN to interested parties. Car is located in Delaware, zip code 19934.
Thank you.

I'm in Rehoboth Beach, and searching for a TD-87U (GSR/Type R) distributor. Does anyone in Delaware or the Eastern Shore have one ?
